UTeach Professional Development’s registration site accepts credit cards, purchase orders, and checks as forms of payment. You are officially registered for a workshop, conference, or online course once payment has been processed or a purchase order number has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email upon registration. Any changes or cancellations after that point are subject to our cancellation policy.
You will receive an email confirming your registration and a separate email with instructions for accessing the online course. Participants should be sure to indicate the email address they want to use to access the course during the registration process. Emails with instructions for accessing the course are sent 2-3 days prior to the course start date. Some servers may block the message that contains these instructions. If you do not receive instructions prior to the day before the course starts, please email email@example.com to inform us.

Purchase orders and checks can be mailed to the address above, faxed to 512-232-1491, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
More than 30 days prior to course, conference, or workshop start date: Registrant is eligible for a full refund less $25 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days prior to course, conference, or workshop start date: Registrant is eligible for 50% of registration fee to be refunded.
Less than 10 business days prior to course, conference, workshop or start date: Registrant is NOT eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not provided for “no shows,” but substitutions can be made with prior notification.
Notice of cancellation or substitutions should be sent to email@example.com.
UTeach Professional Development reserves the right to cancel any event or course due to low enrollment or other circumstances as deemed necessary. In the event of this, registration fees will be refunded within 30 days.
