Collaborate with a UTeach PD coach to identify an instructional goal and determine a focus for the classroom observation.
45-Minute Recorded Classroom Observation
Teachers submit a recorded classroom lesson, allowing the coach to observe blended learning strategies in an authentic instructional setting.
Personalized Written Feedback
Receive targeted, actionable feedback aligned to the teacher's goals and observed classroom practice.
30-Minute Post-Conference
