This course helps elementary educators balance High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) fidelity with flexible blended learning strategies. Designed to align with grant guidelines, this course protects the core Tier 1 Bluebonnet instructional block while utilizing a dedicated "Blended Block" for targeted support. Participants learn how to streamline teacher planning to leverage Bluebonnet materials, deploy student-centered frameworks, and seamlessly integrate adaptive software.
Participants will:
- Explore core blended learning models (Station Rotation, Choice Boards, Playlists) with video exemplars.
- Maximize time for small group and personalized practice in extended Blended Blocks, while maintaining required Bluebonnet Tier 1 instruction fidelity.
- Seamlessly integrate Bluebonnet curriculum, adaptive programs, and digital supplements into student-centered frameworks within a blended block.
- Explore using AI as a co-planner and for advanced implementation techniques.
- Access a shared collection of Texas educator-created, Bluebonnet-aligned materials and collaborate with other Texas educators in course cohorts via embedded discussions.
