This course equips educational leaders with a macro-level framework to build, scale, and sustain a thriving data-driven culture across campuses. Serving as a strategic companion to UTeach PD’s teacher course, this program shifts the focus from classroom practice to systemic oversight. Administrators will learn how to evaluate whole-school trends, establish unified protocols, and provide targeted coaching to teachers implementing data-driven workflows on the ground.

*Course fees qualify for reimbursement by the Texas Education Agency upon completion.
